In the off chance that a breakdown occurs during the life of the service plan, our guarantee waives the $99 diagnostic fee, and a 10% discount will be applied to the repair. Guarantee is voided if repairs recommended during service are not authorized by the customer.

Our repairs include the following:
- Minimum of one-year guarantee on the repair, except for refrigerant
- The correct solution to the problem your system is having
- The ability to add on an AirCare Service Plan to ensure your system doesn't
break again
- High-quality parts - we do not use the cheapest parts - we use the best
- 75% credit from most repairs towards a new system if you decide to go with a
new system within one month of the repair.
